Wednesday 12th December:
“Targets, promises and working methods”
Breakfast in the hotel from 07:00. The DCT-bus will come to collect you from the hotel to
the meeting place at 08:40.
09:00 Inspection of the Reception Commission ☺
Social orientation to the meeting. Coffee and refreshments available in the meeting room.
10:00 Introducing participants
· maximum a couple of minutes per participant, more in-depth interaction later in the evening
11:00 Summary of DCT´s aims, targets and outputs
· orientation to results
· discussion of interests in partner organisations
12:00 Lunch
13:00 Tasks and share of workload
· work packages, tasks and working days
· timetables workshop actions: responsible persons of the teams
14:00 Working methods
· social environment and psychological atmosphere
· working on-line
· an overview on current survey method “R.E.D. Sounder”
· meetings in Finland and in Romania
15:30 A visit to a day care centre nearby the meeting place
· transportation by bus and bringing to the hotel
18:00 Evening in the Old Town of Tallinn
· walk from the hotel to the Old Town
· visit to the City Hall
· evening meal in the Old Town
Thursday 13th December: “ Administration and Financial matters”
Breakfast for early birds in the hotel from 07:00. The DCT-bus will come to collect you from the hotel to the meeting place at 08:40.
09:00 “All the days spent in a work place are totally wasted training days altogether”
· characters of further training: markets, best guess, tailored training,
department store, entertainment, research based, evaluated or based
on actual training needs
10:00 DCT administrative and financial matters

· official administrative and financial rules
· reporting, valorisation, quality management ...
13:00 Lunch
14:00 Discussion of the characteristics and demands of the “tool for training need analyses”
· a preparatory conversation about the most important final result –
imaginations and reveries
15:30 Open discussion and closing the meeting
· back to the hotel/airport
An unofficial working day will be continued after the closing time in the
hotel for participants who travel in the late evening or during next day – a
remarkable alternative for shopping!
Preparatory tasks
· a short presentation of partner´s own organisation´s know how and added value for creating a
new ICT-tool and/or finding out training needs in occupational groups in early education
· downloads of Messenger and Skype, please share your addresses to all contact persons
· please reserve and carry much happy mood with you!
